Your order can be placed in the following ways:

Select the product you want and add it to the shopping basket (my basket) by pressing the "Add to Basket" option. If you want to get another product, click on the "continue shopping" hint and when you have selected the products you want, click on the "complete" hint. You will then be asked to create a personal account if you do not already have one, which will be valid each time you log in to our website. It will help you to make faster purchases, to see the history of your orders and the progress of your order.


If electronic transactions are not your best, you can place your order in simpler ways.

Shipping:

Your order ships in 1-3 business days depending on product and workload. Delivery will be made on the next business day after dispatch. For the Peloponnese, (except Patras), Epirus (except Ioannina and Arta) and the Islands (except Corfu) it takes 2 working days.

Product returns

If for any reason you wish to return any of the products you purchased, you can do so by replacing it with another of equal or greater value or by following the instructions below:

According to the Consumer Protection Law (L. 2251/1994) you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt and must be accompanied by the sales receipt/invoice. In this case, you will only be charged for the cost of returning the product.

Returns are only accepted when you find the product in the same condition in which you received it, i.e. without its packaging being unsealed or tampered with. For this reason, it is advisable to check the condition of the products and the intactness of their packaging upon delivery of the order, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, incorrect contents, etc.).


Defective products

If you find that the product you received has a defect or a missing part, you can inform us either by phone at 218 218 1418 or by email at [email protected] to solve the problem. In the case of returning the product and after we have established that the fault is due to the manufacturer, we undertake at your request either to replace it or to refund your money, which will take place within 14 days from the date we receive the product.


Mobile Phones - Tablets

If you have purchased a device which due to a manufacturing fault could not be put into operation from the beginning, it is automatically marked as DOA i.e. "Dead On Arrival", which means that the device never turned on.
If you bought a device that was put into operation but then in the next few days showed symptoms of a serious malfunction, then the device is automatically classified as DAP i.e. "Dead After Purchase" which means that the device stopped working or had serious problems (or actual defects) within a reasonable interval defined (or suggested) by the manufacturer.


Mobile DOA 7 days (date of issue of the Receipt – Purchase Invoice).

The product must be returned by the customer within 7 days from the date of receipt, with its complete packaging and the original proof of purchase. The malfunction of the product must be due to a manufacturer's defect and not a damage caused by misuse of the product product, such as for example from a fall, operation outside the manufacturer's specifications, intervention in the interior or its operation by unauthorized technicians, etc.

The procedures to be followed are:

Send the product to our store and we in turn send it to the corresponding authorized service for technical inspection and official report of the damage. As long as it is established by the official service that the damage is due to a manufacturing problem and not to the fault of the user, we proceed to replace the product.

Device replacement is not done in case of operating system reinstallation or battery replacement.

In the event that the conclusion of the technical inspection indicates a mechanical device problem, then our store proceeds, after consultation with the customer, to replace the product with another or to refund the money to the customer.


NOTE:

Apple products are not subject to a D.O.A.-D.A.P process. and any replacement made by their agency.
