The accessories available together in the product packaging may vary per lot. It has been observed that some manufacturing companies from time to time may add or remove accessories depending on their current commercial policy. Due to the fact that the products are sealed we cannot know this in advance.

1.What are the necessary accompanying documents required to send my device to the Technical Department (Service)?
A copy of your Receipt - Invoice should be sent to us, as well as a report of the problem you are experiencing and the last action you took before the problem occurred (possible download or some setting)

2.I bought a defective device. Can I replace it?
Device problem when using it for the first time. When you buy a mobile device, you should not throw away your Purchase Receipt - Invoice, as it is a warranty, as well as the packaging box with all the included accessories/gels. An important condition is that there is no customer fault (misuse, oxidation, moisture, wear and tear).

 3.What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects subject to manufacturing defects and not defects caused by the fault of the customer. E.g. moisture, dropping the product, using the product in a wrong way.

4.What is a SIM card?
The SIM card (Subscriber Identity Modulecard) is a small plate that must be inserted into your mobile phone, which operates on a GSM network, after you become a customer of a mobile operator. It includes personal subscriber details, security information and memory for a specific number of personal phones. The card can be in 3 sizes depending on the mobile phone you have.

• Micro-SIM (15mmx 12mmx 0.76mm)
• Nano-SIM (12.3mm × 8.8mm × 0.67mm)
If you want to change sim card you must contact your provider.

 

  1. Where can I contact for repair/service of my device?
    The official service for Nokia, Samsung, Huawei, LG, and Sony devices is undertaken by the company Arvato (Kifissou 31A at KTEL Kifissou on the 3rd floor, contact phone number 2105197500).

  1. REPLACEMENT

In case of a defective device, a device replacement is accepted, within 7 days from the date of purchase, only if the device does not meet the specifications of the manufacturing company and under the following conditions:
1.In the event that any device purchased from our store is defective from the start, the DOA / DAP process applies.
- The DOA (Dead on Arrival) case refers to the case where the device was never put into operation due to a factory defect.

- The case of DAP (Dead After Purchase) refers to the case where the device stopped working due to some problem it presented itself, within 7 days.
2. Decisions regarding whether or not a device is covered by the DOA / DAP warranty are made by the official technical department of the respective manufacturer in Greece. Under no circumstances will the DOA / DAP procedure be recognized if there is no corresponding official written confirmation from the technical department of the official manufacturer. The time required to check each device depends solely on the technical department. Our company Gadget-Shop bears no responsibility for any delay in the control process.
3. Our company Gadget-Shop, under no circumstances replaces a defective product or refunds money, if there is no previous check and corresponding written official confirmation from the official manufacturer, that the DOA / DAP is in force.
The customer has the right to return the product only if it is returned sealed in perfect condition and within 14 days.
Refunds are not accepted, except where a mistake was made and the consumer is not responsible.

All our products are delivered sealed.
The selling price of the product is determined on the day of your order.

The shipping costs are borne by the Gadget Shop provided that it alone has chosen the method and company of transport. If the product does not present a problem based on the official finding of the agency (which is also provided to the customer) it will be returned and the customer will bear the costs of receiving and shipping the device.

WARRANTY

All our products meet European standards and are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
